1. Made-to-Order Process

  • Most of our products are made on demand, tailored to your specifications.
  • Manufacturing times vary depending on the complexity, quantity, and current order queue. Customers will be informed of any delays.

2. Changes and Modifications

  • Any changes to the product must be communicated and confirmed at the time of order placement.
  • Changes requested later may not be accommodated, and cancellations or refunds for late requests will not be possible.
  • During the manufacturing process, we may contact you for additional information or clarification.

3. Material Availability

  • While we strive to match your exact order, some materials (e.g., fabric, colors, handles, knobs, clips) may not always be available. In such cases, suitable alternatives will be suggested.

4. On-Site Measurements

  • For customers in Karachi, we offer a site visit to take room measurements and finalize customizations.
  • Customers outside Karachi are responsible for providing accurate measurements as we cannot visit their location.

5. Advance Payment Policy

  • A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to begin the manufacturing process.
  • For unique, complex, or highly customized designs, advance payments and delivery timelines may increase.

6. Product Size and Fit

  • Customers must confirm the sizes of doors, rooms, and other relevant spaces to ensure the furniture fits.
  • We are not liable for refunds or returns if the product cannot enter or fit due to space constraints.

7. Payment Verification

  • If there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or misuse of payment methods, we reserve the right to cancel the order immediately.
  • Additional information may be requested to verify the authenticity of the order.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled by the customer within 1-2 days of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are not permitted once manufacturing has begun.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order before the 50% advance payment is made or even after payment due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly.

9. Communication and Responsibility

  • Customers must confirm all critical details, including room and door sizes, during the ordering process.
  • We strive to communicate promptly and work collaboratively to meet your expectations.
